2. What data we process and why
Call booking (Cal.com)
When you book a call through Cal.com, we process your name, email address and any information you provide during the booking process, in order to manage the appointment.
Legal basis: consent and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Note: Cal.com is a third-party provider with its own privacy policy. This may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, subject to appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid mechanism under the GDPR).
Client project management (Notion)
If you engage my services, the data needed to manage the project (name, email and any information shared during onboarding and throughout the project) is handled through Notion.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Note: Notion is a third-party provider based in the US, subject to its own privacy policy. International data transfers are carried out under the safeguards the provider offers.
Website analytics (Metricool)
We use Metricool to understand how this website is used (pages visited, traffic sources, etc.) and to improve its content.
Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.

Web hosting
This website is hosted with Raiola Networks (Spain). The hosting provider may process technical connection data (IP address, date and time of access) as part of standard server operation.
Fonts (Google Fonts)
This website may load fonts through Google Fonts, which means your IP address may be shared with Google’s servers, possibly located outside the European Economic Area.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in the correct visual display of the website.
3. Who we share your data with
I do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. I only share data with the providers necessary to deliver the service:
- Raiola Networks — hosting (Spain)
- Cal.com — call booking management
- Notion — client project management
- Metricool — website analytics
These providers act as data processors or, where applicable, as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
4. International transfers
Some of the providers mentioned above (Cal.com, Notion) are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. In these cases, transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Retention periods
- Call bookings (Cal.com): until the enquiry or commercial process is resolved, and for a maximum of 12 months if there is no follow-up.
- Client data (projects): for the duration of the contractual relationship and the legal retention periods required under Spanish tax and commercial law (up to 6 years).
- Analytics data: in line with Metricool’s retention policy, typically between 14 and 26 months.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to hola@pilarios.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.
If you believe your data has not been processed in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) — www.aepd.es.
7. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in accordance with GDPR requirements.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal changes or changes to the services used. We recommend checking it periodically.
